Flocci non facio. In Latin, it is an insult similar in translation to “I don’t give a $&*!%”, and it is semi-appropriately the attitude I’ve adopted as I attempt to write (in)consistently and somewhat intelligently, documenting my struggles starting in senior year of high school and through college, hopefully keeping tabs on my own intellectual development and emotional development.
Who is the illustrious author of these posts you say? Well, I’m currently a sophomore in college studying bioengineering and hoping to go into academia or medicine or who even knows. I’m a huge classics nerd (obviously), I’m into so many bandwagon TV shows like Game of Thrones, Gilmore Girls, Gossip Girl, The West Wing, etc., and I love playing board and card games. I’m also formerly really into art.
My favorite food is… good question, my favorite color is maroon, my favorite number is 3, my favorite season is fall, my favorite holiday is the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, and my three favorite white middle-aged actors are the star-studded leading thespians of The Post, Meryl Streep, Tom Hanks, and Bradley Whitford.
